EmojiFontLite is a lightweight tweak for armv7 devices running iOS 5.1 through iOS 10.3.
It bundles the iOS 18.4 AppleColorEmoji font in TTF format (intended for iOS 5-9), and redirects requests for the system emoji font to it. It also updates CoreText’s emoji character set, allowing newer emojis to render instead of appearing as missing character boxes (`�`).
Unlike EmojiPort, EmojiFontLite does not add modern emojis to the emoji keyboard or handle complex Unicode patterns, to keep the tweak simple and lightweight.
